By using Doc Testimonials services you agree to the terms and conditions listed in the user agreement. MD Review Page - MDRP™ is a service offered by Doc Testimonials helping physicians build a collection of testimonials from their loyal patients on their personal website.
- No False, misleading, incorrect information will be submitted and/or published on the testimonial site. Each account holder is solely responsible for the content published on their site. Doc Testimonials, subsidiary of Fazz consultants NYC L.L.C. does not take any responsibility of any content published on physician's personal testimonial pages. We are not a referral service and do not endorse any particular physician or healthcare group.
- Anyone using doc testimonials services or submitting reviews on the physicians testimonial pages agree to abide by the following rules and users agreement. Doc Testimonials takes no responsibility of the content published on any of the testimonials sites. Account holder of each testimonial site is solely responsible for the content published on his or her testimonial site. Under no circumstances, Doc Testimonials, Fazz consultants NYC L.L.C. or any of our partners will be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused by using Doc Testimonials services or any of the products. All trademarks and logos used by Doc Testimonials are protected and cannot be reproduced in any other way. Testimonial pages provided through our service are free for anyone to view at your own risk and understanding.
- You are fully responsible for choosing your own physician, whether or not using content published on testimonial sites. No content published on any of the testimonials sites is a medical advice, always contact your personal physician for any medical advice. We reserve the right to view and monitor the activity on the testimonial sites without notice or permission from the account holder. Any material published on physicians personal MD review page is intellectual property of account holder while using doc testimonials as a platform to collect and display testimonials. All content published on testimonial sites is protected by copyrights and can only be reproduced by the account holders permission.
- Keeping your privacy safe is our top priority. Any contact info, email or any data given at the time of using Doc Testimonials services will be solely used by us only and will not be shared with any third parties. This User Agreement will take effect at the following time including but not limited to the time anyone visits our sites, visits testimonial pages, any time new account is created and at the time of submitting or publishing a review.
